I'll start up with what so far has been "My Day" things:
1) Yay of the Day - Started up the day with a SNL sketch - "Who's on top?" with Alec Baldwin.
2) Quote of the Day - "Sargeras is gonna get here, and you'll be singing about teapots. You'll get pwned. Maybe he'll buy you a... "Pwny". - The Scourge Chat Log, Kil'jaeden (The most funniest thing I have ever read ^^ more about it later).
3) 'Dumb Thing' of the Day - When shutting out the door, make sure you won't stick your fingers in it and hurt yourself. Hurts like shit.
By the way, I'd like to mention "Yay of the Day" idea was made by my dear beloved big sister. :)
This post got its name from one of my favorite WoW achievements, after completing a long questline with Harrison Jones and the Temple of Uldum. Epic questline indeed, worthy of the achievement.
Right, I am writing this after a piss off which my dear-dear family takes alot of interest in my personal life, not to mention my romantic and sex life. I am from a rare species. I am a 21 year old female virgin. Among those I live with and next to, that is considered pretty much rare. The short explaination to this amazing finding is that I am a hopeless romantic, I want to love, and not have sex with someone just so I can say "I've done it". I want to care about the person, I want to be attracted to him. It is not alot to ask, am I correct? Correct me if I am wrong, please. So far, at least not among the men in my own country, I haven't found someone I literally want. I have dated not a few numbers of guys, and Iv'e seen such major turn-offs. Being a single virign in my age, and finding a decent man, is quite the challange.
Now, my uncle had the most akward talk with me and my big sister, and asked us if we have a man in our lives. My sister doesn't, she has a woman in her life, so she tried to dogde this questions. He is a military officer, and asked to fix me up with one of his younger officers. Just so he'll leave me alone and the fact that I have nothing to lose, I said 'yeah, sure...'. Boy, do I regret it. My uncle and aunt (and of course my mother and granny) keep interrogate me about it >__< This is most annoying. Appearntly, he tried to call me last week, twice, and yet I haven't recieved any of his calls. >.> Later on I was getting yelled at that I don't answer him on purpose. Seems like this is what he told them. The fuck. They made me 'The Bad Guy' in the story. I don't even want to meet up with him now; cause he is being such a whinning baby, telling my uncle and aunt I don't answer him on purpose, only after 2 lousy calls I didn't even recieve. In my opinion, a true man wouldn't give up after 2 calls. Come on, if I wasn't picking up after the 5th time he tried to call, then fine, THAT'S when I don't answer on purpose. Grrr.. And they try to fix me up with this wuss? Come on... I am not that desperate.
Just because I haven't had a long time relationship doesn't mean I have to settle for every guy. I have many stories about the 'settle down for a lousy piece of man' issue, but that's for another post.
For conclusion of this story, allow me to say 3 words: Fuck. That. Shit.
It feels good to rant.
Ok so, I'd like to talk about the Quote of the Day. A few years back, I think it was 2009, a guy named Brian Buckley had written a blog called "Coffee with Sargeras". Now, Sargeras is the most vicious villian in the Warcraft games, a massive Dark Titan that leads the Burning Leigon, and their job is to destroy all worlds. Kick ass job for an evil dude. The blog, however, is a pure parody. He added to Sargeras a different touch from his evil character, and turned him to a very sophisticated Titan, who is a philosopher, a song and haiku writer and a chef. Truely brilliant. Buckley however does not play Warcraft, and in a way, this is why I think his blog was such a success and hit among the Warcraft fans. Also the fact, Buckley is a very talented writer. Sadly, this blog isn't active today. Buckly created the Scourge Chat Logs, there were 3 of them in total. He wrote about the leaders of the Scourge and the Burning Leigon gathering up in one chat channel, and discuss about whatever. First time I read this, I laughed so bad I had tears in my eyes. It was brilliant in so many levels. Few years later, TotalBiscuit and his friends made this fantastic piece of work into an audio product called The Scourge Vent Recordings. As a Warcraft fan, and none the less Scourge fan, I absolutly love it.

Right now, I am going to Study and then re-listen to the Scourge Vent Recordings for the... Well Iv'e lost count, Iv'e listened to it loads of times. :)
Till next time,
Darl Brightspell :)
